Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a custom drink with extra whip there was barely any on it not even enough that you would say that is normally what comes on a drink. So I asked if they could please add more whip as it was supposed to have extra and this isnt ( there is still lots of space in the dome lid) . The guy literally puts one tiny squirt and and walks away all he did was get it on the lid. I tried to say excuse me again and was ignored.Honestly I would have just done it myself if they couldn't figure out how to put whipped cream on a drink with no complaint but again no chance since I was ignored. I have not been to this particular starbucks before and I wont be back. I do go to Starbucks ALOT and to several different locations if you go to Starbucks in general you have an idea of their system for reward members and mine is reserve it took me idk 3 months to get to that the point being on how often I go not the actual status. But in all those other locations and times I have gone I have never been treated so rudely. I highly advise you just walk in the mall instead or into target because those locations have much better customer service than here.

They were not busy when we got there. I had not been in that particular location before. I walked up and stood next to the customer waiting to place his order. Two parties walked in after me. When it would have been my turn, the girl told me that the line started on the other side and made me stand behind the people that arrived after me. She was not friendly, or professional.

Well, just like most stand alone locations the consistency at this location is absolutely terrible. The manager here is awesome and helped me figure out the decaf version of my favorite drink as I can't drink caffeine anymore. However I can order the same drink from the same location (on the same day sometime) and it will never taste the same. Same Decaf Iced Americano, same sweet cream, same liquid sugar and completely different every time. This is why Starbucks is loosing sales, and what the CEO really needs to focus on. Target and Mall locations have far better consistency compared to these stand alone drive thru's and it's a national problem. I go in today and leave with what amounts to a cup of ice with a shot of coffee and Zero sugar. Consistency is just as important as flavor and customer service and they definitely drop the ball pretty frequently on consistency

Always a great experience at this Starbucks! ☕️💚 The staff on West New Haven Ave is friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do — which makes all the difference. Whether it’s a complicated order or just my usual, they always get it right and serve it up with a smile. 😊 The vibe is welcoming, the store is clean, and the service is consistently fast, even during busy hours. It’s the kind of place where they remember you, greet you with good energy, and keep the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. 🙌 Big shout-out to the crew here — you all make this stop one of the best parts of my day. 🔥☕️ MTC

Found this place just driving by. A regular Starbucks store with plenty of room inside, but very limited tables to sit and work. There are also some couches that you can sit on. They have outdoor seating as well. Staff was polite but not overly nice .
